Davis, Bowen & Friedel, Inc. provided engineering and site design services for this 74-lot, 53-acre residential development constructed within an existing golf course. The residential community includes multiple housing types, including townhomes and single-family residences in a zero lot line format. The project included a detailed drainage study, as well as a flood plain study. Public water and sewer and on-site interconnected stormwater management detention ponds are also included as part of this project. Additional services provided for this project include surveying and contract administration.
Work included the following items of construction: installation of approximately 550 LF of 42" CMP storm drain and re-grading of approximately 570 LF of ditches. Services provided include: drainage and floodplain studies, site engineering, surveying, and contract administration. Studio 3D provided site plan renderings for this project.
