Client interim evaluation remarks (12/20/01):

"The project is very tight on budget and schedule. Davis, Bowen & Friedel, Inc., have cooperated very well during the design phase of the project. The documents are developed with alternatives to stay within budget. The firm did a detailed study for augmenting the existing main water distribution to eliminate the need for an elevated water tank for fire fighting purposes. The revised scheme for augmenting the water distribution system was accepted by the Fire Marshall. The elimination of the elevated water tank resulted in a savings of $660K. The firm works well as a team."

Davis, Bowen & Friedel, Inc., received an overall rating of "Above Average" on this client evaluation.

Phases II and III are designed with construction still pending.
