Located on Somerset County's Fairmount Peninsula, this self-contained
community was conceived to provide sportsmen with facilities, programs,
and personnel for every aspect of hunting and fishing. Included in the
concept were single- and multi-family housing, hotel-operated
"villas," employee housing, conference facilities,
restaurants, retail and professional office facilities, hunt club,
recreational clubhouse, library and a marina for small craft.
Recreational amenities included a 3-hole executive golf course, driving
range, tennis and swimming facilities, as well as an 18-hole PGA caliber
golf course. Master planning, golf course layout design, demographic
analyses, site analyses, program development, and utilities feasibility
services were provided. |
