This three-phase project
included site planning, design and contract administration services for
complete redesign of the 300+ acre campus. The project involved redesign
of the campus storm drain system and associated stormwater management
ponds, new and reconditioned roadways and parking lots, new concrete and
brick walkways and plazas, new site lighting, plantings, lawns and
sprinkler systems. Services included surveying, civil and electrical
engineering, architectural and landscaping design and contract
administration. A master plan for the campus was provided prior to
design. |
