Complete civil engineering
design services for construction of an 18-hole public golf course on a
360-acre site in Berlin, Maryland. Project included site grading,
stormwater management, sediment erosion control, wetlands delineation,
design of pressure dosing system for clubhouse sewerage disposal,
entrance road and parking lot design, and project permitting. Also
included was preparation of a feasibility study for an adjacent
residential development and convention center versus the construction of
an additional 18-holes. |
