Comprehensive street
evaluation of entire corporate area of Town included preparation of GIS
base map at a scale of 1-inch + 200 feet showing all streets and the
corporate limits overlaid onto orthophoto graphs of the area. Data
contained in the GIS included 911-approved street names, locations and
nature of critical facilities (police, fire, et cetera), roadway
pavement and edge conditions, traffic count data and calculated ADT’s
and the Study’s final priority ranking of roadway repairs.
