Exterior Renderings

Boulevard Theater Square
Salisbury, Maryland

Built as a movie house in 1947, the Boulevard Theater is currently vacant, having been abandoned in favor of the shopping mall's multiplex on the outskirts of Salisbury. The original movie house was once a vibrant, exciting gathering spot in downtown Salisbury, and the potential for its resurgence as a performance theater would likely accelerate the redevelopment of the downtown's east end.

Studio 3D's rendering illustrates the intersection of Route 13 and Main Street. Boulevard Theater Square is an illustrative view of the potential of this intersection, including a mixed-use, mid-rise development in an existing large municipal parking lot to the theater's north. This development would include ground level retail, artist's studios and residential units.

Debraak Townhomes
Lewes, Delaware

Davis, Bowen & Friedel, Inc., provided conceptual design for the conversion of an existing building into single-family luxury townhomes. Three-dimensional, exterior renderings of the proposed building conversion were completed to present to town officials to garner support for the proposed conversion. Renderings allowed town officials to see the progression from the current building, to the steel framework, to the completed building conversion.
