Residential Projects

The Villas at Avalon
Salisbury, Maryland


Comprehensive development planning and design services were provided for this 102-unit multi-family cluster type retirement community. Services included architecture, site engineering, stormwater management, utilities design, landscaping, and city street design.

East of the Sun Residences
Fenwick Island, Delaware


Planned and designed by a current principal, this project incorporated 119 units along with a meandering stormwater management canal. Five different unit styles were designed which included both flats and townhouses. Architecture (collaboration) and civil engineering services were provided.
