Dover Air Force Base Lodging Office
Dover, Delaware
This new 2,000 SF, single-story office was designed for use as a lodging office, with future use as a housing office for reception and processing of transients arriving to and departing from the Dover Air Force Base. The building’s design allowed for a future 3,000 SF facility expansion In addition to architecture, services provided included site engineering, landscape architecture, and mechanical and electrical engineering.

Administrative Offices

A new two-story office facility designed to house the main administrative functions of Perdue Farms, Inc. An economical design utilizing steel bar joists and beams proved to be most feasible for this modern office complex. Architectural, structural and civil engineering, and construction phase services were performed.
